What is the shelf life of your products?
- For herbs it can be 1- 2 years.
- For intention baths and shower steamers 3-6 mos.
- For Infinite Eight Products 6 mos.
How long will it take to hear back from a consult? How long will it take for me to get my customized order.
- You will receive a response within 48 business hours for you consult. It can take 7-10 business days. If it shall take longer, Urban Bliss will communicate with you.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- We ship out only Monday-Thursday. It can typically take up to 3- 5 business days. We will send you a tracking number once order has been shipped to the email address provided
Urban Bliss LLC would like to advise that when we talk about, discuss or hand out literature relating to the healing properties of crystals, stones and herbs we are communicating our own personal beliefs and the results of our own extensive research.
Crystal healing and other types of energy work are not to be considered as a substitute for conventional medicine. If you have a serious health issue, you should consult your doctor and make complementary healing part of a complete health care program.
Because a crystal, stone and herb are alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you will definitely experience or benefit from any such properties.
Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form or electronically relating to crystals, stones, and herbs purchased from Urban Bliss LLC, should be received and understood in the above context.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES:
*When tracking shows "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" it can mean:
- The package could still be in the seller's possession.
- The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
- The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned.
Once we ship your order and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in possession of the USPS we are no longer liable for the package. We cannot issue refunds or be held liable for missing packages. We encourage you to contact the USPS first to determine where your carrier may have left your packages.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES, MIS-SCANS, MIS-DELIVERIERS OR OTHER ERRORS COMMON TO THE USPS-WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING CUSTOMER SERVICE DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR CARRIER.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.

My product arrived broken. What can I do?
All our orders and products are packed with the utmost care; therefore, we are not responsible for mishandling of product by the shipping carrier.
If a product arrives broken, you must contact your local USPS and file a claim with your tracking number. If you need help with filing a claim please notify us within 24 hours of your shipment showing delivered, include a photo of your broken items and we can walk you through the process
Refunds\Return Policy (if applicable)
We do not issue refunds once the order has been shipped out. We do not offer refunds for, subscription boxes, gift cards, sale orders or orders that utilized a discount code.
If there is an issue that we are solely responsible for we will gladly rectify to ensure the highest level of customers satisfaction.
Also, NO RETURNS FOR REASONS SUCH AS:
You did not input your address correctly, or you simply no longer want the items, or you choose the wrong items.
There are some exceptions for returns and the following will apply:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Crystals, perishable goods such as herbs, food, flowers, books, subscription boxes or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
